Greg Clarke | Shop the Market Class: On Sunday September 13, local chef Suzanne Scalfaro will offer two classes at the Tigard Area Farmers Market. Each class will walk through the market, picking and purchasing fresh ingredients to make a Panzanella Salad (bread and tomato salad) and a simple pesto. Chef Scalfaro will then demonstrate how to make the recipes. Sign up for the class, either 10am or noon, by emailing your name, phone # and desired time slot to "totafmmail@gmail.com" Classes will be held to 10 students and students are expected to purchase their own ingredients. |
